Commitment, Expectations, and Pricing

Class Size

Whole Heart Academy is an intentionally small homeschool academy with the purpose of cultivating a deeply relational community of learners who love the Lord their God with their whole heart.

For the 2026–2027 school year, Whole Heart Academy will accept up to fifteen students whose families support and align with the mission, values, and formative intention of the academy.
Limiting enrollment allows us to:

  • Know each child personally and intentionally

  • Foster meaningful relationships among students, families, and the instructor

  • Maintain a peaceful, attentive learning environment

  • Preserve the integrity of our formational and relational model

Our desire is not to grow quickly but to grow deeply, building a community rooted in trust, shared values, and wholehearted faith.

Parent Commitment and Expectations

Whole Heart Academy is a partnership between families and the facilitator. Because relationship and community are central to our philosophy, parent involvement is an essential part of our program, not an add-on.

Each enrolled family is expected to:

  • Volunteer during the morning academic program throughout the year — parent volunteers assist with small-group facilitation, hands-on activities, classroom organization, and student support.

  • Support the mission and formational philosophy of Whole Heart Academy, including a commitment to relationship-centered discipleship and respectful community life.

  • Participate with flexibility and generosity, recognizing that to thrive depends on shared responsibility and service.

Parents are always welcome—and encouraged—to:

  • Volunteer additional mornings beyond the minimum requirement

  • Assist in afternoon project-based sessions

  • Share skills, interests, or expertise that enrich the learning community

This model strengthens community bonds, models servant leadership for students, and allows children to see faith lived out through joyful participation and cooperation.  We recognize that this model includes a meaningful investment of time from families. Parent participation is a vital part of what allows Whole Heart Academy to remain both deeply relational and financially accessible.

Tuition Pricing

To make this vision sustainable and to support the time, preparation, and care invested in each student, Whole Heart Academy operates on a tuition-based model.

Because we intentionally limit enrollment and prioritize deep, relational formation, tuition reflects not only academic instruction, but the unique structure of a small, community-centered learning environment.

Tuition for the 2026-2027 School Year:

  • $3000 annual tuition per student for the full three-day program

  • $2250 annual tuition per student for the half-day morning or afternoon program sessions

Rather than paying for a program alone, families are investing in a formative community where children are known, discipled, and taught to think deeply and live faithfully.
